Cancellation Policy

STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. For drop in bookings without a package, you may reschedule 24 hours before the class commence. Cancelling the class will forfeit your payment. For cancellations, please cancel or reschedule your sessions at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged. Any cancellations less than 24 hours notice will incur 1 class credit deduction from your plan. For cancellations less than 24 hours, please drop a message via WhatsApp to 94301212 to avoid No-Shows. For No-Shows, 2 class credits will be deducted. For any urgent matter, please WhatsApp or SMS us at 9430 1212 or 9776 7230. DO NOT CALL.
