Join us for our bootcamp and meet new friends! Focusing on total body workout, including your mind, we will talk about nutrition to allow you to understand the key point on eating right to achieve your goals, your strength in Total Body Conditioning and then allow your mind and muscles to relax in Yoga Stretch. End your weekend right by dropping by for a 4 hour session that includes a healthy light dinner for break fast provided by us if you purchase the 3-class passes!
