ACTIV.CO STUDIO was established in 2019 as a women-only fitness studio.

The focus of our facilities is to provide a safe space for women to train and get stronger with quality trainers to guide them in their fitness journey. We offer Reformer Pilates, Strength & Circuit Training, Aroma Yoga and more.

Private 1-1 sessions are also available in the studio.
